Payments, Fees, and Appointment time:
Due Before Services Begin
Payments due for services are due before services begin. Accepted payments are: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Venmo. Payments are required before the services begin.
Cancellation Policy
If you have pre-paid for a service using a credit card, PayPal, or Venmo and would like to cancel that service, there will be a 10% processing fee or a minimum of $20 for payments under $200 to cover processing charges and administrative time. No fees are applied if the appointment is rescheduled or canceled with a 24-hour notice.
Gift Certificate Policy
Available in any amount. Specify which Certificate is being purchased. Once gift certificates are purchased, they are not transferable with any other service or product.
Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates and cannot be combined with any discounts or promotions. Except as provided herein, gift certificates have no cash value. Gift certificates are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed by Moxie Breeze, LLC, Soul Balancing®, and/or Trixie Phelps. Moxie Breeze, LLC, Soul Balancing®, and Trixie Phelps reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser, minus any applicable fees.
Gift Certificates must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed to other terms before the gift certificate was purchased. Any exceptions made will be noted for reference.
Respect Appointment Time:
Because payments are charged prior to the session, then please respect the allotted time.
Hour sessions are usually 50 minutes long and half-hour sessions are usually 25 minutes long. The final minutes remaining are critical to wrapping things up, answering any final questions, and grounding your energy so you can safely go about your day.
Whenever sessions go over the allotted time and the payment has already been processed, we will need to make a second payment to cover the extended time. Remember, cosmic balance (an equal of give & take) is very important in life!
Flexibility, Extra Requests, and Accommodations:
All scheduled sessions will send out an automated or manual confirmation email which includes tips for preparing, location details, dates, times, as well as a link to reschedule or cancel. Another automated reminder email and follow up email will also be sent. As long as changes are made using that reschedule link in the email or with a reply to the manual email, then there will be no additional fees applied. For flexibility, if requests are sent to me directly asking for information already provided, after all details have already been sent out, there aren’t any fees for the first request. Additional second, third, or forth requests are subject to a $75 fee to cover the time and work needed to accommodate the requests.
Cancellation and Lateness:
24-Hour Cancellation
Please give 24-hours advance notice of cancellation. Clients have 24 hours from the time of their scheduled session to cancel their reservation without being charged a cancellation fee.

Please be ready at least 5 minutes before for your appointment so we can start on time.
Lateness Policy
Starting on time is very important. If an individual is late for a session, it is automatically deducted from the appointment time in order to stay on schedule for other clients. Please, always call or text if you are running late regardless if the session is in-person or remote.
For phone sessions, I always call +/- 3 minutes of our scheduled start time and this will not be deducted from your session time. If you are not available I will leave one message and attempt to call back within 5 minutes. If there is no response back within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time, then I will deem the session a “no show” and there will be a charge accordingly (see below).
Cancellation and No Show Policy
All appointments scheduled must be cancelled or rescheduled with 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the session. All cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost. A refund will be given for 50% of the price of the service scheduled.
There is some flexibility in this policy for emergency situations and documentation might be requested to confirm. Remember a scheduled appointment is time reserved especially for you. And usually if you cancel at the last minute the reserved spot can not be rescheduled with other clients.
Sessions that are “No Show” with no notice of cancellation are charged the full amount of the session. Cancellation fees must be paid before another session is scheduled.
Privacy Policy
We recognize that your privacy is important.
Personal Information
Personal information collected on a voluntary basis may include name, postal address, email address, company name, and telephone number.
This information is collected if you schedule a service offered, attend a session, book a party, signup to join our email list, and/or request some other service or information. The information collected is for conducting business between Moxie Breeze, LLC, Soul Balancing®, and Trixie Phelps’s and will never be sold or given out.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
This website is mainly directed to adults; however, children under the age of 13 are welcome with parent/guardian permission. We operate our site in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, and will not knowingly collect or use personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.
Although these services are primarily directed for adults, children 13 years of age and older are welcome to contact and conduct sessions with Moxie Breeze, LLC, Soul Balancing®, and Trixie Phelps’s for services and information. Personal information and privacy is upheld and maintained for all students, clients, and customers as stated above.
All services offered to a child, of any age, is subject to confidentiality from anyone, including parents. Toxicity within families are everywhere and for the safety of the child, information shared in a session is held with confidentiality. The child has the right to share details of their session if they so choose to.
Updates and Effective Date
Moxie Breeze, LLC, Soul Balancing®, and Trixie Phelps reserves the right to make changes in this policy and are effective immediately. We encourage you to periodically review these policies.
