I am happy to have you here. Let me introduce myself and tell you more about me. It’s a little long, however, if you’re like me, I’d want to know the person I am trusting my soul with.
The business name “Soul Balancing” came to me through conversations with Spirit. This divinely given name for my business has been a blessing not just to me but also to those I am connecting with. I’m honored you are here!
I primarily utilize the title Multi-Dimensional Soul Balancer however, I may also be recognized by several other titles;

Preferring not to be tied down or restricted by labels, I do find it to be necessary to have some sort of title as it helps others to better understand what I do and what is being offered. You will find my approach to be supportive to all who seek my gifts and powers for their healing process. The healing client is searching for a healing which is all about them and what they’re seeking help with. This means I’ve learned how to remove my personal interjections & egoic opinions in order to be a clearer vessel of healing for my clients.
My clients are empowered through the process of Multi-Dimensional Healings and Teachings enabling them to make better decisions from a place of greater balance within themselves.
My Personal Story
Hindsight is 20/20!
Looking back at my childhood, it is very clear now on how much I was connected to energy and the unseen realms. A sprinkled mix of pleasant and unpleasant experiences that have created areas of my life where I had shut down or put up walls. Thus, further disconnecting me from my innate gifts and powers.
There are many stories and experiences that have progressively brought me back to my true nature over the years. Below are just a few that I believe made significant directional changes to my re-awakening.
In 1999, my father had back surgery and was experiencing difficulty recovering. Sometime later, he learned he had stage 4 cancer and it was throughout his body. He experienced discomfort and pain, including in his knee. As an empath and a sensitive, I remember feeling his pain and struggles. During one of my visits, my dad and I had a rare moment of talking alone and at some point in our conversation, we became quiet. Intuitively, I placed my hand on his knee and held it there what seemed for much longer than it really was. He then looks at me with a sense of calmness and says “You have the hands of an angel”. Of course that made me feel good and without realizing it at the time, it also sparked and awoke something deep within me.
In 2003, after a life altering car wreck, I awoke to a whole other reality (although not a NDE to many who hear the story, there was definitely a significant shift), I then officially began my spiritual journey searching in order to help me better understand.
In 2006, I was involved in a severe snow skiing wreck that broke my knee in ten places. While being down and out for some time, I began to really connect and listen to Spirit and my intuition. These experiences were humbling to say the least.
I spent many years of searching off and on, seeking my truth, healing my trauma’s, and breaking out of the matrix. It became very apparent that I wanted to utilize all that I have learned to help others who have or still are in their awakening and healing process.
In 2008, I began taking workshops, classes, courses, as well as certifying many of those teachings.
In 2014, it became very apparent that it was time to leave the workplace in order to focus full time on my spiritual endeavors. Up to this point, I had been doing it a bit like a hobby and on the side of my full time job. Although it was not easy to quit my 25-year career and all the dependability that it offered – it was also unavoidable. The “push” to leave became stronger and stronger. I could choose to leave on my own terms or the Universe would make it happen. So I gave my two week notice and have not regretted it to this day!
Conclusion
After mastering many of my natural skills and abilities as a healer, I created the Soul Balancing® Method. I realized this is a living practice that changes depending on the many many influences upon us at any given time. I love this approach when working with my clients. It allows me more freedom to meet them where they are at that moment of our connection. Life is always changing and there’s never a one-fits-all approach!
The Soul Balancing® Method is a blend of several things that make it unique to what I offer. It includes different energy modalities, tools, approaches, my personal innate abilities and experiences, as well as new tools and techniques shown to me by my higher self and spiritual entourage.
Since everything is energy, it really doesn’t matter the modality. Modalities are another tool and offers us different ways to access the quantum energies. Modalities help us to practice techniques that allow us to more easily access our imagination, trust our intuition, and listen to our heart. I create a strong and safe container when working with a client to allow the guidance of Spirit to inform me on what is best for them, at that moment. I always invite the client’s higher self and spiritual team (guides, guardians, angels, etc.) as they will know the client best. After all, we don’t know what we don’t know and it would be inappropriate to assume we know what someone else needs!
